Booking The George Rose Big Band

The George Rose Big Band works as an eighteen piece unit, and sometimes requires additional personal as sound technicians, or set-up crew, depending on the size of the venue. For this reason , we do not have a set rate for all engagements. We would however be happy to provide a quotation for your specific needs. Upon requesting a quote, please be prepared to provide the location, hours required, type of engagement, size of room, and number of guests expected. These factors all effect our travel time, set-up / tear-down time, size of sound system required and most of all, your satisfaction with the presentation.

For smaller engagements, particularly grand openings, and out-door carnival type engagements, we do offer a smaller “dixie” type group to provide happy music for such occasions..

We can tailor our music and service to suit your event.

• provide pianist or small group for cocktails or dinner music
• wear appropriate dress for your occasion
• prepare a musical program in keeping with the age and interests of your guests
• arrange intermissions to coincide with speeches, lunch, presentations etc.
